Privacy policy
SXChat Privacy Policy · 25 October 2026 SXChat serves adults aged 18 and over at sxchat.tr and through its Android app. The operator's legal name, country, address and monitored contacts must appear in the Operator section. This operational draft does not invent a business identity or completed legal assessment. Account and profile data Email and Firebase user ID support account creation, authentication and security. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not shown in the admin panel. Birth date supports the adult age check; other members see age rather than date of birth. Your chosen name, optional gender, orientation, pronouns, city/district, relationship preferences, interests, bio and photos appear in the profile fields you choose to share. Sensitive profile fields are optional; select “Prefer not to say” when you do not want to share. Do not enter information you do not want visible to other members. Content and location Messages, attachments, posts, comments, clubs, events and private albums provide the features you request. Photo location metadata is removed on upload. Direct photo availability under the moderation policy does not make private albums public. Location is obtained only after your in-app action and device permission; server coordinates are rounded to two decimal places. Discovery does not expose exact coordinates. Map visibility is off by default and requires your choice. Map pins represent approximate areas. You can hide distance/location, disable map visibility and delete saved location. Passport changes discovery location, not GPS, and permits five changes per UTC calendar month for active Premium members. Sending a map link in chat is a separate confirmation; recipients can retain it. Continuous background location tracking is not used. Media and notifications Agora delivers voice/video calls and live streams. Camera and microphone require permissions and a join action. This version does not offer call or live-stream recording. Media stops when the app enters the background. Screen protection depends on Android and cannot prevent recording with another camera. Firebase Cloud Messaging processes device notification tokens and routing information. If message previews are enabled, message text may be passed to the notification provider. You can control message, call, social and live notifications and quiet hours. Delivery depends on connectivity, OS permissions and battery management. Test economy and safety Real token sales and cash withdrawals are disabled in this test release. Test tokens and gift earnings are not money or a payment promise. Balances, gift transaction IDs, share-rate snapshots and monthly call usage support testing and duplicate prevention. Real sales would require separately disclosed payment, refund, tax, eligibility and payout terms. Reports, blocks, device session activity and admin audit logs support safety. Reporting a conversation shares its last 20 messages with authorized safety staff. Moderators can review necessary content and report evidence; sensitive evidence access is logged. The admin panel does not display live call media or Agora authorization tokens. This version does not claim end-to-end encrypted messaging; transport uses HTTPS/TLS. Providers and transfers Hostinger provides hosting/MySQL; Google Firebase provides authentication/notifications; Google Maps provides maps; Agora provides voice/video/live infrastructure. These providers process data as needed to deliver the service. Content is shared with recipients and members according to your visibility choices. Personal data is not sold. The operator must confirm actual data regions, provider agreements, applicable legal bases, sensitive-data conditions and international-transfer safeguards before public release; no unspecified safeguard is promised. Your choices and rights Edit your profile and visibility, revoke permissions, delete location, block users, export your data and delete your account in the app. Web deletion is available at sxchat.tr/delete-account.html. Send privacy requests to the monitored privacy contact in the Operator section; account ownership may be reasonably verified. Applicable access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, consent-withdrawal and supervisory-authority rights remain available. Withdrawing consent does not retroactively invalidate lawful past processing. Material changes are communicated in the app and current policy.
Retention and deletion
Profile, normal content, media and preferences remain while needed for the active account or retained content. Account deletion starts removal of the profile, normal messages/posts, photo files, device tokens, optional location/passport and test-wallet records. A failed Firebase deletion is retried while access is disabled. Copies kept outside SXChat by recipients cannot be controlled. Recipient access to expiring chat photos ends after 10 minutes; private-album grants last 24 hours; stories stop appearing after 24 hours. Access expiry is not a promise that the underlying file is physically deleted at that instant. Photos can be separately deleted in photo management. Call and passport allowances follow UTC calendar months; extra test-minute packs expire at the end of their purchase month. Necessary safety reports, limited conversation evidence and audit records may remain for safety, disputes or legal obligations. The operator must finalize specific retention periods, purposes, access controls, deletion schedules and provider/Hostinger backup expiry before general release. This draft does not promise a deletion deadline that is not implemented.
Terms and community rules
SXChat Terms and Community Rules · 25 October 2026 Adults 18+ only. All genders and orientations are welcome. State your age accurately, keep your account secure and do not impersonate others. A verification badge indicates moderation review, not a guarantee of identity, intentions or safety. Harassment, threats, bullying, hate, discrimination, scams, spam, doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery, explicit/pornographic sexual content and offering or soliciting paid sexual services are prohibited. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming and sexual extortion are strictly prohibited in every area, including private messages/albums and live streams. Share only content you have the right to share. Respect consent, privacy and intellectual property. Do not misuse reporting or support. First contact follows the recipient's request policy and consent rules. Calls/live media require permissions and user actions. Stop unwanted contact and do not evade blocks. Hosts can ban viewers from stream chat. Passport location does not guarantee physical presence. Location links can be retained by recipients. This is a test economy. Test tokens, gift earnings and balances are not cash and create no right to payment. Real token sales and cash withdrawals are disabled. Real digital sales would separately display the appropriate store payment flow, verified products, prices, renewal/cancellation/refund terms and creator-payout conditions. Standard and Premium call allowances can differ. Usage is reserved in 60-second blocks. Unused monthly allowances and extra test minutes do not roll over. Passport requires active Premium and allows five location changes per UTC month. Report profiles, posts, comments or conversations and block unwanted contact. Conversation reports share the last 20 messages with authorized reviewers. Violating content can be removed, functions restricted or accounts suspended/deleted. Serious child-safety incidents enter the appropriate authority-reporting process. Account/content decisions can be appealed in the app. Support is not an emergency service. Connectivity, permissions, provider availability and OS restrictions affect features. SXChat does not guarantee a meeting, uninterrupted service, precise location or earnings. The operator must finalize legal identity, applicable law, consumer rights, dispute forum and real commercial terms before general release. Non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Child safety standards
SXChat Child Safety Standards · 25 October 2026 SXChat is for adults 18+ only. All forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), creation, acquisition, storage, distribution or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking and links facilitating these acts are strictly prohibited. The prohibition applies to messages, private albums, live streams and every other area. Use Report on a profile, post or conversation and select Child safety or Under 18. Provide necessary context without downloading or redistributing abusive material. A monitored public child-safety contact must be listed in the Operator section. Contact appropriate local authorities when there is an immediate, concrete danger. Authorized safety staff prioritize these reports, restrict necessary access, act on violating content/accounts and follow the appropriate authority-reporting process. Evidence access is limited by role and logged. In-app reporting is available. This release does not promise automated detection, guaranteed identity verification or round-the-clock human response. Before general release the operator must complete monitored contact coverage, named responsibility, triage, lawful evidence handling/removal and reporting of confirmed CSAM to applicable regional authorities, staff training and access reviews. Publishing this text alone does not demonstrate those operations are complete.
